Each Access and Secret key you enter on DISTRIBOOTED is safely stored using Hashicorp Vault.
You pay for application installation from the DISTRIBOOTED App Store with credits. The amount of credits required to install an application is shown on its info page.
When your account is first created, you receive $100 in credits which can be used to install applications.
You can top up your account by clicking on your profile and selecting Top Up.
We do not offer refunds for app deployments. However, if you think there is a problem with an app you have deployed, please get in touch with us via our Contact Form or send us a message on info@distribooted.com and we will do our best to assist you. The Contact Form is reachable on any page by clicking the 'Click Here For Help' button on the bottom right side of the screen.
The credits charged by DISTRIBOOTED are only for the deployment of an app on one or several instances. You are responsible for the cost of the instances launched by DISTRIBOOTED with your Cloud Provider.

You can access your instances via SSH. SSH keys are located in your Dashboard, by pressing the Key icon. The SSH key is the same for all instances within a given cluster.
You are able to stop and restart any of your instances via the controls in your Dashboard.
You can view the default password for an app on the configuration page, prior to installation. You are also able to specify a custom password there. If you haven’t specified a custom password, the default password for an app can be found on its Info Page.
The version number is always indicated on the App Page in the DISTRIBOOTED App Store.
If a newer version of your app is available on the DISTRIBOOTED App Store, you will be able to install it on a new instance. If you want to update an existing install, you will have to access the instance and update it manually.
Only one version of each app can be installed from the DISTRIBOOTED App Store.
In order to make changes to one, or several, of your instances, you will need to access your Cloud Provider’s management interface and make your changes from there.
